Going with the flow :)
Ok, so the kids didn't want to wait for the sheppards pie to heat up, so I made them a quick mac and hamburger casserole and made myself a last minute lean hamburger and veggie scramble fry. I topped it off with a bit of cheese and resisted the multigrain rolls the kids were ignoring! YUM!
